Golf Membership
The Family Membership enjoys Golf, Tennis, Swim and Social Privileges for all family members. The Individual Membership enjoys all amenities for the named member, dependent children 21 & under and allows the member's spouse or significant other
access to all amenities other than golf.
Sports Membership
The Sports Membership grants access to the Club for the member and spouse or significant other. The Sports Membership enjoys Tennis, Swim, Fitness and Social for Individual, Spouse or Significant other and dependent children 21 and under.
Social Membership
The Social Membership enjoys Fitness and Dining Social privileges for Individual, Spouse or Significant Other and Children 23 and under.
Corporate Membership
A Corporation may assign up to 5 designees per membership. Each designee may select the membership classification of their choice and will be required to pay the appropriate dues associated with that classification. Corporate Memberships may change the assigned designee with the then applicable change of designee fee.
Non-Resident Membership
The Non-Resident Membership is available to those that live outside a 60-mile radius from the Club and affords 12 rounds of Golf per year. In addition, the Non-Resident Membership includes Tennis, Swim and Social privileges. Tournaments or events are not available for participation. There is no food minimum associated with this membership.

"I moved from Sweden with my wife and son to Hagerstown in 2014. In August we became members at Fountain Head. This was one of the best things that happened during our one year stay in the US. Now we are moving back to Sweden and will miss the Club and the people. FHCC has been a great source of joy. The golf course, the tennis courts, the pool, and gym are top of the line, and always in perfect condition. The Club House with the restaurant and all the other facilities as well. The employees take great care of you and the members quickly become friends. Every week there are different events happening, you can always find something fun to do at the Club.
